I’m reluctantly parting with my Winchester Model 1886, manufactured by Browning in Japan. The quality & finish is superb, far superior to the American-made Winchesters. Very rare rifle in the UK.
Condition is excellent with only light signs of use.
Being a modern rifle, this can handle PROPER full power .45-70 reloads or factory ammo.
I’ve had very good accuracy with 350gr lead and jacketed home loaded ammo.
The lack of a full length magazine tube and octagonal barrel make this very well balanced and reasonably practical as a woodland rifle.
All specs can be found in this link:

£700 o.n.o
Located near Colne, Lancashire or can arrange RFD transfer at buyers expense.
Thanks
Greg
