Off topic ,Jeez at last back on line after nearly 4 months of grief with Bt and then Post office , we have never check our phone bills but did and found on the Bt bill service calls ,uuhm who's this and they were calls to Canada small amount but enought to interest me, who,BT refused to help so next bill October 16 up early fired up the infernal machine Jeez again + expletives 99 calls made on our landline to 9 mobile No's and for 2 weeks not in the property , contacted Bt and they're in denial it's our problem and we've made the calls pay the bill I argued and argued spoke to some very nice people in India who I asked if they had a good command of English when they said yes I unloaded on them more expletives and finally said cut the phone off but in their wisdom kept the line live so we still never used it , until we had a call on our mobile demanding the bill be settled I said see you in court , what a difference that made they could not prove or attempt to correct the fault so quashed the bill .I then moved onto Post Office for landline and broadband and every day the net would crash and on Post Office system they had a electronic voice saying if you are using windows 10 you need to contact Microsoft it took me days and calls to convince them my contract is with the Post Office not Microsoft and they now are sending in debt collectors for 3months useage when we had only 9 days use ,bring it on,now this week we are Virgins and that did'nt start to well ,told we would be up and running within 2 hrs after the engineers left hooray 2 days later we are but not without problems oh for technology just fekkin love it, can't say happy bunny might get shot.
