Livens Ltd - a positive experience

A shout out to Livens Ltd who have provided outstanding customer service. I ordered an out of stock Savior rifle case expecting a delay. A day or so later Livens Ltd e-mailed to say they’d just received a number of the Savior cases but not in the colour I’d ordered. Did I want to choose another colour or wait? I chose another colour and the dispatch/delivery cycle commenced. Great service.

Enter Parcelforce. After an initial ‘too big for the postbox’ card, there were three ‘we tried to deliver today’ messages via the app. They didn’t, because there was someone here on each occasion, so, via the app I redirected the package to the local post office. The app proudly announced I can collect the case from the Post Office but, of course, it wasn’t there. The app, the Post Office and Parcelforce all offered different explanations but after a further few days I gave up.

Reluctantly, I informed Levens Ltd who thanked me for the heads up and immediately sent me a replacement case, no questions asked. Outstanding service, although I’m hoping they might employ a different courier in future.
 
i called in at Livens today for the first time. What a great shop. Crammed with stock. And the holly grail ….. CCI BR2 primers and Federal 215M
 
Have used them for online purchases several times & always efficient, polite & excellent value. However, the last purchase of 2 boxes of bullets was shipped out in an outer that was designed to hold (probably) 200 rounds of factory ammo so was considerably larger than required. Wouldn't have been a problem if they’d used enough packing to stop the boxes moving around inside it… instead I got a box full of loose bullets as one of the ones inside had burst open 🤬.
 
Nothing but positive things to say about my online purchase experiences with Livens - Brad was extremely helpful, polite and keen to work out a deal that made the both of us happy.

Will definitely use them again!
