Can highly recommend the sagen 2,i use mine to saw through neck bones and hocks before hanging,then use it to butcher carcass,done well over 150 roe now and although i have just had to remove the plastic stop on the end as it had cracked badly it's still pretty sharp and i find it easier to use with the stop gone.Are we talking bone saws? If so what would be the best for that purpose? Sagen, or are there others that are better. Finally do they last a reasonable time or do you lose the edge after say half a dozen roe?
