Bushwear Service

Not sure if this is the best place for it but just a quick thanks and heads up to the great service offered by Alisdair and the team at Bushwear.

I ordered some of the Harkila Optifade gear they had on at bargain prices just before Christmas (present to myself...) and had a minor problem with a difference in shade between the jacket and trousers. Emailed Alisdair yesterday and had replacements in my hand by 1000hrs today, before I’d even returned the originals Can’t ask for better after sales service than that.

I bought a set of Tripod trigger sticks gen 1 a few years ago from Bushwear Stirling, had them for a while and looked after them cleaning them and drying them after use. Started having problems with them sticking big time and in the end one of the legs seized up.
I went back to the shop and spoke to Ali and told him what was going on with them, he checked on the computer when I bought them and said they were well out of warranty and looked at sticks and said you have looked after them and not abused them so he gave me a new set, can't get better than that.

ordered a replacement battery for my thermal on the 16th December still haven't received it ? Alistair has now offered a full refund . I only ordered from them on past experience but will go elsewhere now.

I used to love Bushwear, but I bought a jacket from them about a month ago and after 10 days waiting for 'next day delivery' I have given up on them. Rubbish service. Not even an apology.

I have always found the Stirling branch very helpful. Mail order service 2nd to none.
