then take some string and tie be carfull not to pull hard as you will cut though the meat like cheese wire 
and there we have it rolled fillet cover with some sm streaky bacon roast hard and fast .again this is the roe but whith the muntjac its the same if you get a fat one leave the fat on
then just cut to size ,this one took two munties two make
