Caldwell Lead Sled FCX Bag, how much lead shot needed?

Just bought a Caldwell FCX and need to fill the bag with lead shot, I’m guessing I’ll need 20-25KG of shot, anyone done it and can give a better idea of the weight I need to buy pls?

I just use sand . 25kg of shot will be a bit too £ for my blood.
