Yes they are smooth bores, well they are for the most part anyway.

I've got absolutely no desire to grow a big beard and wear a hat sillier than the one that I currently wear.

Just out of curiosity, what calibres has everyone got in their cabinet and what do they pick up to use the most?

.204 .223, 22-250.243. .270, 7x57, 30-06, 7.92x57, . So what gets more use? depends on what I am doing. The .204 and .223, 22-250 are for vermin so lots of use.

.243, 6.5x55, 30-06 and 375. '06 for most of the winter as I dont know if its going to be a muntjac or a lowland red that steps out, .243 on ground where its just small deer and 6.5x55 is a K95 so thats high days and holidays, and never in the rain

.270 Win, 22lr (x2), .204 Ruger and shotguns. The .270 is out and about stalking with me a couple of times a month. The rimmies see action every time I'm after the bunnies, and the .204 is out most weeks foxing. Carry time for each probably sees the .270 out for the least time and the .204 the most. Seem to get through more rimmy ammo than anything else though. I wonder why ?

A lot of people will also identify themselves to the police by posting, if they have several guns in uncommon calibers. Although I suspect the police have figured out who some people are anyway….. not suggesting anyone had said anything they shouldn’t have. Just that i think the police expend at least some effort on mini firearms forums and figuring out who people are.

I put pictures of myself up, I've got nothing to hide or be ashamed of.

There was the time when some miserable old scrote reported me to his police who spoke to my police who got in touch with me.
I had a good candid conversation about the legalities about shooting lead ball from smooth bored muzzloaders. Although we had a good ding dong he the firearms admin manager, a gent I've known for years, in the end pulled rank on me so I had to promise to be a good boy.
Needless to say he did ask if I was on a couple of forums so he had looked!

To be honest I’ve been downsizing for three years . At one point I had in excess of eighty sets of loading dies . No cabinet I have several saves .

As for which comes out of the cabinet most, all of them, and they all make me smile when I shoot them!!

I use both my 22LR a lot for plinking but for hunting it’s the 30-06 which I use the most and finally 223 for occasional varmint
