There have been a lot of resignations and a lot of very concerned police officers voicing their discomfort over what they are being asked to do . They are people like anyone else and are just as tired of the BS as everyone else .

We only had a few police here that start to question the government. The other dissenters just refused double vaccination and were stood down or resigned.

Thankyou for the insight. Our premier also stopped parliament from sitting so the health orders under the emergency laws couldn't be debated. I see a elderly woman was trampled by a police horse. She needs to understand that the police are there for her health.

With the democrats and greens I'd say he's got the numbers when they vote whether Ottawa is cleared or not. Next question is for how long. We are still have a state of emergency in Melbourne after almost 2 years. Its a joke.

The protest in Ottawa will be over today . People are leaving . They have made their point , and more importantly , shown Canadians , and the world , what Trudeau actually is , a bully . On a side note , there was an attack on Coastal Gasline this week in BC . About 20 people wearing masks attacked staff and security at a construction site there . They destroyed equipment , torched some buildings and smashed windows of trucks with Coastal staff inside . When the RCMP tried to respond , they found the road blocked with trees and spike belts . When the stopped to clear it , they were attacked by more eco protesters with home made incendiary devices . It hasn't got much air time for some strange reason . Apparently our government is more concerned with peaceful protesters and bouncy castles in Ottawa than it is with armed eco terrorists who burn , destroy and actively target law enforcement officers . Oh Canada .

The restrictions have been dropped by a number of provinces already . Ontario , the province that includes the city of Ottawa , is dropping them March 1rst . It does make one wonder why this fiasco continues . It's over , the mandates are gone in some provinces and the rest of the provinces will follow suit in just over a week . All that Trudeau has accomplished is further division and distrust of the Federal system , regardless of which party is in power . The mandates are gone but the division will endure for some time .
