I have clarified with the council that raw meat and bone coming from domestic butchery is allowed in this bin. END OF.

That will depend on what you are butchering, and where and how it was killed. For example, a deer shot in the wild by you for home consumption - yes. A farmed deer slaughtered by you for home consumption - no.
