Carcass tray blood drainage

What have people out there found to use as inserts to their carcass trays for keeping the carcass lifted up of the blood? I have got set up with a 1000 liter ibc container so I am on the lookout for something that will cover a larger area than my previous trays. Any ideas?

See if you can lay your hands on some plastic bread trays, cut the bottoms out to size and simply lay them in upside down, cable tie together if you feel it necessary.
Works a treat, easy to wash and remove.
