Right had quite a lot of interest on a personal design and prototype I produced for a case prep centre. On the initial prototype I have ran approx. x100 cases through it with no issue, further torture tests will ensue in the coming weeks and I will update the case count.

Price fully assembled, tested and posted (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £150 per unit.
Dependant on popularity these may take up to a week to manufacture dependant on component lead times but I will keep you informed of where you sit in the queue and notify you once despatched.

It is constructed with six rotating units, all at a constant 440 rpm . All rotating units come threaded with 8-32 threads, which are the American standard for the tool heads you would commonly purchase.

The station comes with all of the necessary tool heads needed at each operation, including an internal and external deburring tool, primer-pocket cleaner and primer pocket reamers (suitable for SRP and LRP. NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL OR LARGE PISTOL PRIMER POCKETS). The station is powered by 110-230 VAC power output and comes with a ~1.5m UK power cord.

Instructions for use for any new to reloading:

Inside Deburr VLD Tool
This tool head eliminates damage caused by sharp edges/ burrs on the case neck. It cuts a gentle 22 degree chamfer on the case mouth allowing bullets to be easily guided into the rifle brass. This tool only requires a few seconds to properly function. Do not overcut brass as this will lead to thin weak necks. Works on cartridges from 17cal. -45cal.

Outside Deburr Tool
This tool head removes excess brass burrs from trimmed cases. The tool easily deburrs the external face of the case mouth to leave a smooth even finish. This tool only requires a few seconds to properly function. Do not over cut brass as this will lead to thin weak necks. Works on cartridges from 17cal. - 45cal.

Primer Pocket Cleaner (Small & Large)
Quickly removes fouling out of primer pocket bottoms. Lightly press case over tool (approx. 2-3 seconds)until fouling is removed.

Primer Pocket Reamer (Small & Large)
Removes military crimps and rough metal edges from primer pockets. The tool head requires only approx. 2-3 seconds to work properly. Be sure to hold case square with the reamer. Holding unit at an angle in the primer pocket could enlarge the pocket and cause gas leakage.

After using the tool heads in the different revolving stations, they may become quite tight. You may need to hold onto another tool head in a different station to allow you to lock the gear train so that you can remove it by unscrewing.

Care & Maintenance
The station's main components are manufactured using tough and durable 3D printing filament and is intended to be service free. Do not use any harsh cleaning products or solvents on the station. The build up of brass shavings will occur around the tools and should be brushed or hoovered off.

Could i ask what guarantee you are offering on the units?
Cheers
To confirm I am a trade seller only by badge this was from showing another user.

The prototype will have an increasing round count put through it which I will share above.

Each unit will be tested before delivery.

With how it’s designed the speed of the cutter is doing the work keeping the torque on the gears low. The gear tooth profile is extremely large to handle mistreatment and If the user applies too much torque.

I use the same combination of motors and gear profile for work for life cycle testing fixtures running loads of around 2Nm and all gear trains have exceeded 20 million revolutions at above the speed at which this operates at.

are you still a paying trade seller and will be offering a minimum of 12 months guarantee on this product ?

I am a paying trade seller. It will be guaranteed but will obviously not cover general mechanical wear and tear and damage from misuse. I will be as accommodating as possible on any issue that arises.

If you stated you wanted a unit and haven’t yet paid - please don’t, I will re open the advert once this first batch is built and out of the way! Based on manufacture- lead times are in excess of four weeks now

Thanks
