Watched Channel 4 tonight the filmed evidence shown plus the audio seems fairly damming regarding keepers deliberately targeting Raptors. I think we all know it’s a tiny minority doing this but it puts the whole shooting industry in a terrible light.

Where can anyone watch this? I missed it but wouldn’t mind watching it

It makes me so angry and ashamed. It's selfish ****wits like that who will get shooting of all kinds banned. How am I meant to explain that shooting sports are a good thing to my non-shooting friends, family and colleagues when there gamekeepers killing raptors on TV?

Morons like the gentleman featuring in this video need locking up.Theses idiots will be the reason ALL shooting will one day be stopped.obviously theses people can’t control themselves, so it’s only a matter of time before someone steps in.

The very fact that the general shooting community think and believe shooting could be banned is the saddest of things for me.
Justice is available to these Muppets. Nothing should be banned!
In fact banning something usually err doesn't ban it, it just makes it illegal to be added to all the other now illegal stuff that can't be enforced and sentence passed.
Banning something to circumnavigate a harsh sentence for law breaking is a cop out by authority at the expense of decent law abiding folk.
Remember the handgun ban? Did nothing to prevent handgun crime.

It's just a shame that the moment something bad happens decent folk know that they are going to be tarred with the same brush!
That is not only sad but indicant of something very very wrong with British culture!
I live in a stupid country.

Well said and I agree with you, except that Muppets is way too mild a description.

Just the fact someone presses a "like" button is really disappointing.

@Malxwal

I would not be too prescriptive about the type of 'emoji' folk use to mark a thread.

There are only five options; and most folk (if they are minded to do so), just use the one that closely resembles their thoughts on that post.

Fairly sure most folks do not actually 'cry with laughter' at threads...🤣

Fairly sure most folks have never cried with laughter in their life...:-|

Fairly sure most folks don't hold their chin when thinking...

You do get my point.

While it's disappointing that these incidents still occur and the culprits should feel the full weight of the law.
Sadly these reports are usually produced with one narrative Grouse keeper bad especially when produced by an activist broadcaster and RSPB.
This subject is more about animal activists agenda than preserving BOP because if they were serious about BOP preservation they would high light wind turbine casualties and predation especially when it comes to HH.
