cheapest night vision or thermal

For now i slapped it on an LPVO. Il have to see if the lack of exit pupil is going to be a limiting factor but so far in daytime the LPVO seems like the perfect platform minus paralax. Does anyone even Make a 1-6 or bigger with paralax asjustment? the FoV gets Limited sure but it starts off with plenty.

I better go test it out tonight

FoV should be ok (the biggest) with 1 mag on lpvo. But parallax could be limiting factor.

I'm interested in that combination (lpvo with pard) for one rifle in future. Currently I'm waiting for government approval for stand alone pard because this is most economical set for night only.

I am running it on a vector constantine 1-10x24. FoV is very good altho not the best in its class. But for 300 euro a reliable 1-10x with illumination! Normally i run it on my Vepr (Kalashnikov type rifle) for moose. But iam out of the club so no moose for me this year.

Reporting back. No racoondog yet but lpvo and pard is a winning combo. I dont mind The paralax out to 6x, from there on i only see eyes. So a 1-4x24 would work wonders.

Yea so magnification is a big con to not having paralax but 2-5x works fine, i can distinquish a squirrel at 100m.

FoV is good as expected with an lpvo.

However a supressor is a nightmare at 1x mag. It causes a complete washout of the lower half of the image.

As for the pard itself, i think i need to look trough the settings, that thing is painfully bright. I could only look trough it a minute at a time. Time to take out the instruction manual.
