Chiller issues

Anyone on here familiar with chiller and what could cause this issue.

Turn chiller on, here the bypass valve/relay click open but then the compressor doesn’t seem to kick in. Not sure where to start.

Internal fan comes on.
Display works fine.
Lights inside work fine.
Added so e
Picture of model numbers ect.
