Chiller Unit

I have got a Williams Jade J2 double commercial chiller unit with a working temperature range of +1 - +4 C. I have installed a rail into it and it is a great unit apart from the humidity is always quite high and I get a small amount of water sat at the bottom of it when it is running and has carcasses in it.

My question is would fitting a dehumidifier inside help to lower the humidity or would installing a fan achieve the same goal.

Thanks in advance

Where to start.
Does it have a internal fan, is it working.
The water inside the chiller is caused by the chiller dehumidifying the contents.
There is a drain some where in the back that the condensation should run out of, it is blocked.
Once the drain is clear the water will run away.
If you need help PM me your number and I will give you a ring.
