Combined water-carrier and washbasin, with soap, scrubbing-brush and towel?

Jokes apart, hot running water models with fold down basin are available for installation in vehicles, pic tomorrow…

Thanks for the replies, chaps. Oh6 hit the mark with his first shot: and most of the others so far are, although interesting, a bit hefty/swank/expensive.

Freeforester's above, however, is a masterpiece of elegant, Womble-grade repurposing of a disposable thing to a reusable thing - and therefore is awarded the Dalua prize for sustainable hand-hygiene excellence.

Thanks again, one and all.

Inlet will be from a suitably modified water container to permit "plug & play". Outlet will be to either a fixed vehicle or a free positional shower head to permit an in-the-field wash and shave.

Empty a 2 litre pop bottle. Fill with hot but not boiling water before you leave home. Make spare cap with small hole in cap. Position bottle with 'dribbly' cap on taligate/open boot and wash hands beneath it when needed. Dry hands with the towel that lives in the vehicle for the dog.

* What decent shooting man doesn't have a dog that needs a quick towelling down on a regular basis ?

All the gear no idea, my son in law turned up with a contraption the other day for washing the sand of his feet when leaving the beach, pressure tank, shower head etc , I just used a drinks bottle, sat on drivers seat sprayed feet out of door.

I found that a deicer type spray bottle with some soapy water in works really well. Wets your hands with minimal water and won't spill when put down. Wet and wash your hands and rub in the grass then wet again to rinse and dry off on a bit of toweling, old flannel in your pack or a dog towel.
