Commission wallet in progress

Had someone reach out for a custom wallet for their husbands birthday.

Went through the leathers I had aviable and they had seen the previous semi-shell Cordovan I'd made as their partner likes traditionalcl colours on wallets. They asked for as similar to that as possible but instead of a hidden coin slot, extra card slots. So I've made it a bit larger but it should be a cracking wallet. Cutting and benelling is complete, sides that I won't be ablento get to once it's together are burnished and finished with mink oil. Now it's the process of stamping and pulling it together.

Hoping to get this finished this weekend for it to get to them in plenty of time.

This wallet measures 220mm x 95mm when open so has plenty of room for cards and cash, with 6 internal cards slots, 2 hidden slots underneath these and 1 external card slot

Thank you

And the wallet there is £110 (because of the shell Cordovan leather being used) If it were fully pueblo or buttero it would be in the region of £70 or so

Very nice job and the eventual owner will be very happy with it!
Just a quick question - and not a criticism at all - does the wallet have an anti skim facility? or would that be an extra coating in the outer leather? I had a card skimmed a while back and tend to be more paranoid than I used to be, especially when travelling abroad.

Thank you, and not a problem, it doesn't have the Rfid blocking features, it is something I want to look into in the future but just haven't had a chance to find/refine it, though it is certainly possible to add to a wallet like this

I've some black, tan and olive green pueblo leather that I'm thinking I may make another wallet the same as above, though haven't decided on the colour combinations yet, if anyone is interested in having one let me know as I can personalise it free of charge if I've not cut it yet

Hi T Eddie.
You make some really nice products.

As soon as you have have a model with the anti skim feature, please let us know.

I will order one.
