Converting a drinks chiller

Quick question for anyone who can answer please. I picked up an upright commercial "fridge" for free however the fan was shot (now replaced) and even on lowest stat setting was freezing water! I've fitted an STC -1000 temp controller which sorts that issue, but should I wire the fan to run continuously or just when the unit is cooling? Thanks in anticipation, Dick

Converted my double coke fridge some years back, strong contender for the recent post on best bit of kit ever bought!

Short length of Unistrut pot-riveted to each side just down from the ceiling of the fridge, get the plastic end caps to blank the ends off.

Two lengths of steel cable conduit to span the Unistrut - very easy!

Anyone converted a commercial tall drinks fridge to hang deer?
Simple enough?
Anything I need to consider?

I converted this tall fridge. Got some stripps of Chequer plate 1 meter in length from B and Qcut them to size depending on the size of your fridge and left the front part open on a hinge so you can lift the carcass into the fridge

Just in the process of converting a coke fridge myself. Like this idea. Are the rivets man enough for a bit of weight?

I have a double coke fridge and used the frame which the cans rest on to hang steel tube from..... the weight of the cans that that frame holds is more than a couple of fallow! since having it I have added a landig rail system I picked up on here second hand and an electric winch outside.... far easier seeing as none of us are getting any younger
