Cost Effective Deer Trestle Recommendation

I put a wanted ad on here a couple of months ago looking for a stainless steel deer trestle.
@sikasako was kind enough to respond and recommended a log horse from Amazon.
I recently got one and for Roe deer it’s fantastic and even better, costs less than £60 delivered.

Assembly was a bit grim but just needs a steady approach, instructions are a bit lacking!


17kg Roe doe for scale.



Folds flat for easy storage.

I might modify mine with a set of wheels on one end but all in all a brilliantly helpful bit of kit.

For roe deer try a black n decker work mate or Lidl equivalent screw the gap open and roe sitting beautifully in it and allow you to skin right down the sides

You can remove the mdf table top and replace with polypropylene chopping board copies for hygiene
