Just a quick question I am off after muntjac soon and just wounded if a 22-250 is allowed and man enough?!

Yes the 22-250 is a lawful cartridge to shoot Munjac with. The minimum bullet weight must be 50 grains and muzzle energy a minimum of 1,000 ft pounds.
When I had a .223 I shot quite a few Muntjac with a 55 grain bullet and it was very effective. Make sure the bullet is not a super-explosive varmint type as you will most likely get nasty surface wounds and severe meat damage. Sierra Game King and similar are good for Muntjac.
