That doesn't look right to me and you should ask for it to be re trued.
Re crown. Pitch normally refers to thread. Do you mean the angle the crown was cut at ?
Also why does the rail need to be bedded?
They say they make/ fit customised rails so something isn't ringing true here.
When it's test shor you need to see it in action as how can you prove what the target shows is from your rifle!

Said was the only thing he could find wrong with it was screws were slightly smaller that the holes on the rail ( MDT rail )
It’s cut 18x1 and now the crown looks a deeper pitch computer when it was originally done .
He skimmed it off because I may of damaged it ! 😂
I supplied a rail and a bottom metal and he said Ben put that in wrong as wouldn’t take a mag when I got it .
So when he just had it back, he machined it out 1.5 mil

So just to confirm with the OP;

Action has had a new barrel chambered and fit to an action you supplied by them?

Using the original recoil lug?

Remington 700 action?

Factory or aftermarket stock used?

Has the stock been bedded to the action/recoil lug?

What ammunition was used by the builder for his accuracy test? Have you used this ammunition?

One final question, can you hold a half inch group with other rifles? Had to be asked, don’t take offence.

I don't get this.
How many persons are working on your rifle?
Please expand and clarify!
Picture of Crown would help.

I’ve seen new Remingtons like that 🤣. As long as it doesn’t touch the side of the recoil lug pocket, then it doesn’t really matter. But it’s an easy fix, just ask whomever built it.
easy said than done that lol hes hard work... just one of them people that would always be right and never in the wrong i would say...

Have you tried a 5-shot group? Definitely something going on with the 2 shots close to touching and one not so in all three examples.
Yes, I did but only with 155 grain and the group got bigger.
It’s going over to Steve Bowers’s this week gonna get him to check it over and fix whatever needs fixing as something definitely isn’t right and will from they are adamant there is nothing wrong with this Work…
At this present time, I tried to take the action out the stock and he’s done the rear bolt action screw up that tight I cannot move it !

Well well !!
After receiving rifle back from them (apparently nothing wrong with it in the beginning: today have been to another rifle smith who has built many of rifles in the past to check it over . !
We couldn’t get the rear action screw out as was that tight ( so he had to machine it out 🤦🏻‍♂️)
Once we got it out the stock you can tell straight away that the recoil lug has been re straightened ( kind of ) and has no marks on it compared to the one that was originally in rifle .
( apparently he only bedded top rail to action ) but I noticed the crown had been re done too . That he didn’t say he had done till I mentioned it .
Anyways the rifle smith it going to bed the action and straighten the lug up for me to make it sit straighter in stock .

Would say to anyone who is thinking of getting a rifle build by mr will from them to stay well away from him at all costs if I was you …
If anyone would want pictures of stuff found wrong with it I have plenty on my phone .

Hopefully will be sorted in a week or so time and I can finally use the thing !

Probably a bit late for you, but make sure the recoil is the same thickness, I bought a Rem 700 where the lug had been replaced with a thicker one, to the extent that the proof marks were 90 degrees from where they should have been and causing headspace issues
