Got my FAC last week with a slot for a .22lr. My local RFD had the CZ 455 brand new..threw in a used scope..and did a deal.
Bolt was very rough..not a good sign..however, a little work with a sharpening stone and some jewellers rouge and the Dremel….now buttery smooth.
Using Eley subsonic…zero at 52yds..gives 1/2” + or - from 15 to 65yds..according to ballistics app……
Unbelievable!!..never realised I could shoot so well..this is a tack driver at these distances!…and the actual results were exactly as predicted by the app……the trigger is unbelievable…breaks like glass at 1.5lbs.

……have slots for .22wmr and .17hmr…off to pick them up on Friday from Steve at Ivythorn Sporting…..no surprise I’ll be sticking with the CZ.
