Difficulties searching / Where’s community gone

click on members above then left side a search box should show up put in members name and bobs your dads brother.
Thing is the search format is different to having a directory like we used to have, if you can't input the exact spelling or layout of the member name ... youv'e had it.
Anyone know how to find threads by Bosendelsafaris (spelling?)
