They mostly sit in decomp and rip the head off it.!

That's a cop out! Everyone has had a sat on the Rockwater 1 or 2 (ex Deepwater) at some time or another.
I think it was the Semi 2.

No, I finished in the 90s, 13 years enough for me.
No way someone who started in 86 is still diving.
If they started at, say, 23 yrs old, they'd be nearly 60!

and ………… blow up gas pipelines

Tim, there's no back up there, you wouldn't catch me doing that so good luck to you!
Sat has 3 gas sources (surface, on board bell and bailout), all gear is a good deal over engineered so in relatively safe hands
