Dorset Stalking

Hi all,
I am new to stalking, living in Dorset we have plenty of species to stalk.
in a couple of weeks I am gonna hit the ripe old age of 40, and would like to go stalking the week starting 23rd September.
just wondered if anyone local to Dorset would take me stalking for my first deer? or could recommend anyone.

I am happy to pay and to travel, however I only own a 223, not a 240+ so would need to borrow an appropriate rifle.
