Hello,
I'm a Manc lad aspiring towards a career in the countryside. My deer stalking experience is limited to a few months volunteering in the highlands, assisting with NatureScot team at Beinn Eighe NNR. I got to take part in every aspect of professional deer management, even got a few shots on the range.
Currently seeking how best to enter into the industry, I favour going down the apprenticeship route (as I have done an apprenticeship before), but I've not had any success on that front yet. Perhaps I should take a college course or do more volunteering instead? Rather hoping I can find helpful advice or even opportunities in this forum.
Hobbies are: Archery, Hillwalking, Cycling, Boxing, Birdwatching, Camouflage design
