Thank you very much Norrie1956, I found if you go onto the various sites BASC, DEFRA, and the like there is an abundance of material you can download and use as an Aide Memio'r, escpecially the BASC site. You can see model questions what your Witness will ask you, and what they are looking from by way of evidence gathering

I also found it imeasurably useful to get some carcass & lardering work donein short, my advice is read lots, invest in these courses, learn well, pass first time
