Stoats and weasel, although I deal with them have my upmost admiration. For their size they pack such a punch.
The “Chuck Norris” meme of the animal kingdom. They’re mesmerising quite frankly.

Yes - thinking about it all predators do really - the sheer tenacity of the stoat is incredible
I was picking up any birds we had missed from our shoot on Sunday and its amazing how you learn to read nature and how the animals can find the birds we missed the day before - Sunday i watched a pair of raven find a pheasant - a buzzard a partridge - awesome really
Evidence would strongly suggest otter. I don’t put down ducks any more as they were hammering them. I feed partridges to goshawks and buzzards instead!!
The plain truth is that there's to many predators and we aren't allowed to properly control them thanks to the tree huggers who in my opinion are clueless eg couple of years ago River Wharf brown trout struggling to survive river full of peat so can't breed properly (thank you YW & EA) so what do the Loveys do release two Otter in or near the Strid (mindless two hats) jmho
