Wanted: Dusters

Our duster has been proving its worth in the big freeze up here, and before that the very muddy roads churned up by timber lorries and harvesters. There was a bit of a melt yesterday and we slid backwards 30m down the drive but clawed our way back up, keeping off the frozen strips.

Commuting 70 miles per day at up to 70mph, doing 45mpg.

I had been looking for a few weeks at various 4x4 after my L200 was written off. Everything was either too far away, too expensive or had a milage like it had been driven to the moon. I was about to see a Duster that was 60 miles away when i noticed this one on FB only 30 miles from me.
I would just caution that there are a lot of scammers on FB marketplace, recent warnings in the press. Saw no end of 4x4 at stupid low prices that were obviously scams.

I hear that been to look at one in Manchester today was at “dealer” was one of those where your gut just says walk away so no doubt the fb scammers are also out in force.

We *might* be parting with our 68 plate comfort 1.5 4x4

Absolutely love it, just want something a bit bigger for shooting and lumping kids around (thinking Dmax), if the bigster was coming next year and not 2025 we might have considered that instead.
Wife uses it for doing the weekly shop and I lump it over Bodmin moor down at east cornwall sporting all for about 45mpg 🤣
