I have the e-mail not enabled yet I get them on my phone. Can you make this stop?

What is the purpose of the email you received? Is it forums subscribed? PM's sent? Can you simply click "Stop receiving these emails" at the bottom of the email?

If you have an iPhone, find and open Settings. Find and open Mail. Find and open Accounts. Click on each mail account in turn and turn the Mail toggle to off (no green showing).

its from the site and I haven't enabled them so i wonder why they show up
