I managed to break the side charging handle on my schmeisser sp9 yesterday.
Rather than speak to the shop I bought it from, I thought I'd try the importers Edgar brothers direct to see if I could get a quick replacement.
Spoke to a lovely lady at about 3.30 yesterday afternoon and a replacement arrived today at 1130!! All free of charge!
Superb service and i thought it worthy of mention.
