Hey,

I've read through the rules after signing up so I'll start by being clear that while I am a dog trainer, I don't specifically train in field sport.

I did grow up in the field sport world (pheasant) and did join this form because I'm expecting to take up stalking in the coming years.

My personal dogs are keen tracker, but while I typically used human or novel scent, I now am training at least one of them towards being a quality deer dog.

So I'm here to:
A) Learn
B) Get training supplies
C) Provide a trained deer dog

PS. I don't stalk.

Hi there from Cumbria, what breed o dogs are you using?
My daughter has a Dutch Herder great at tracking and awesome as a backup at night.

I've my 3 year old Malinois, and a 1 year old Border Collie. While my Mali is more experienced with tracking (people), the Collie really has a natural talent.

Dutch Herders are excellent dogs!
