FAC Help

You disagree that field ahooting is totally different to target ahooting on a range then?
I disagree with the assumption that a careless discharge on a 3 mile danger zone range is in effect any different from a similar rifle/calibre carelessly discharged in the field.

Right, but I’m not saying a careless discharge can’t happen on a range and that it is not dangerous.

I’m saying a range is a far more controlled environment with a defined safe arc of fire, which the shooter has to make no decision on or assessment of, generally carried out under supervision.

A world apart from a person shooting an animal in the field, do you think they are the same thing?
