So nae chance of such joined up thinking in the UK cos we would never consider what happens elsewhere as it takes away our sovereignty - somebody will soon be along to say something similar, nor will understand the irony in what I say.

I was writing to my MEP on shooting matters a long time before Brexit when new European legislation was being proposed, it was defeated due to the collective response of hunters from many countries.
