Myself and my shooting partner tried this shoot today and done really well, we both got a nice size fallow each. I would recommend this shoot to anybody. Barry is a very helpful and nice guy, will be booking again very soon.

barrys a top bloke
unfortunatly no deer showing (thats stalking !)spotted some roe tracks and stalked 2 foxes ,got within 10 foot off one before he spotted me and ran

If I can add to the endorsement of Barry's services. I had a stalk with him a few weeks ago and although we saw a few fallow there was no chance of a shot but through no fault of his. Barry knows his ground, is an excellent guide and there's clearly a lot of deer about. For me it was particularly enjoyable as it gave me a chance to go back to the town where I grew up and lived for a large part of my life and go into woods that I'd either never been in before or not legally with a rifle!!

Another days stalking booked with Barry in the morning, I recommend this stalk to any new or experienced stalker.


Well arrived @ barrys for 07.45, fog was very bad so we waited around far an hour to see if it would clear but not luck. Never mind better to be safe than sorry

Fantastic days stalking had today, didn't get to pull trigger but saw a lot of deer and saw evidence of a lot more.

When we turned up in the car there were 10 fallow loitering by the tower, Stalked them but they went into wood.

Then went onto other bit of woodland, had fab few hours in there lots of evidence of deer and saw a few for a fleeting second

Have booked again cannot recommend enough,

Barry you are such a nice person, spend a whole day with barry, stalking, found lot of evidence but did n't get chance to shoot, never mind that is stalking. will book again soon.
