Favourite copper?

Yes, any real world results from the hornady CX?
No, unfortunately not. I heard that they used to be a bit harder in terms of construction than for example barnes, but wether that was true, and is still the case i dont know, really.

Having spent most of my life (and tens of thousands of rounds) shooting Sierra, Lapua and Hornady, I now go for Virtus, Yew Tree, Barnes and Peregrine - .22 through to .338

Hard to pick one, they all shoot well and terminal performance excellent.

Stand outs though are Barnes 130 TTSX in .308 / Yew Tree 148’s in .300 WM / Yew Tree 80.5gr .243 / Virtus 125’s in .308 / 165gr Fox in .30-06
