So I track all of my permissions using the Field margin mobile app. Its free, up to a point.
My favourite features are that it acts like google maps and you can see your position constantly so for new permissions its great, never going to stray off the path with this app.
The best feature is the measurement tool, you can add notes to your fields with their map measure tool, so you can have a nice compact range card of all your key shooting spots. I find it very useful to refresh my memory of ranges when I move onto the next field.
