Final report.

Back at the lodge now, exhausted. We gave it a good try today but did not find anything worthy of a stalk. There were a couple of dinks that we could have shot but passed on. We did not get to fish!! I sent my 14 year old down a rather steep bank to give it a try but I think he spooked the fish in the pool. Many fish there, we could see them. Our hunting tags are good until the end of October. I doubt that we will be able to make it back but there is a small chance we might. Gros Ventre river.

Try and get back,you may be tired now but with the feet up after a week with the noise and hum drum of where you live you`ll be wishing to be back!
