First aid training + F

I just completed my EFAW + F with a chap called Stewart Richardson.

The course was based just outside Peebles but i think he does other courses around the central belt.

If anyone would like contact details i am happy to recommend him.

Quick question,
Obviously a lot of folk need this certificate to stalk on there permissions. Mine is due to expire soon do you think we we be given a little bit of grace when we finally get the green light again?

The HSE has said there will be 3-6 month grace on qualifications needing recertification following the end of lock down. Some places are doing online learning course for some re-certs. This is for HSE inspectors carrying out inspections mined, it will be up to the awarding bodies them selves as they hold the records and set their own time frames for the different quals. But it will all go the way of the MOT test guide lines laid out by .gov.

I wasnt on the course but manage the hall bookings.

Stewart was due to run another course in late March but was cancelled because of the lockdown

The "F" stands for Forestry and focuses on major trauma injuries

Yes, that is the place, very easy to get to just outside Peebles. I knew roughly where I was headed as I have family that lives just a couple of streets away.

Just seems so hap hazard and random.
I think it's that Stuart Richardson advertised on faceache if u go on Scottish forestry page, he seems to do courses all over Scotland and N eng fairly regularly
