Keep thinking about getting one of these as they seem to be not too over the top on down (I don't feel the cold badly) but at the same time have a sturdy and robust outer that you tend not to get on down jackets.
Anyhow does anyone have one who can offer info on fit. I tend to be a medium (5'10" 12st) in most things but I am reading some reviews that say with layers underneath, they can be tight across the chest and are fitted for athetlic scandi's rather than middle aged Brits like me who have a penchant for fruit crumbles and red wine. I would tend to wear a tshirt and a relatively lightweight sweater underneath a jacket like this.
I would never consider a large normally but kinda thinking it might be wise to go that way with this particular jacket. Even if the arm length would probably fit a gorilla. Their sizing chart suggests 96cm chest for a medium which seems fairly snug.
