Flush cup bipod mounting

I have a Bergara B14HMR and it has flush cup mountings either side of the stock fore end. Is there such a thing as mounting a bipod via these, or is it a stupid question?

Are they not for attaching a sling? If they are, there will be one on the butt too.

No such thing I’m afraid.

If the begara has twin sling swivels you could attach an atlas bt17 picatinny rail for bipod mounting as an option.

Not that I know of.
Obviously, if they’re mounted on the side of the stock, they’re not gonna be much use for a bipod.

I already have a picatinny rail attached to sling swivel stud holes, but just wondered about the flush cups if they could be utilised in some way.

I find them very handy to carry the rifle! Joking aside all my rifles have push button bases as I find it much more comfortable using a biathalon sling

There are sling studs for flush cups, so basically you can mount something like Harris if you have flush cup on the bottom of forend.

There are also split bipods, that mount on each side of forend but they're picatinny, M-Lok and probably also Keymod and/or some other system.

Not aware of split bipod attaching to sling stud, if you had you could mount it (but I'm somewhat sceptical whether it would hold).

They are round and they are designed to swivel so a bipod leg would flop about.
