Beautifully cooked Roe Sir ! I agree that a simple pepper sauce elevates the flavour. I tend to mix black and green peppercorns.That looks beautiful. Pepper sauce and venison go really well together, I always think. One of my favourite meals is roe loin with peppercorn sauce, and plain Basmati rice
