Some Homemade Beer battered Huss with Homemade mushy peas and chips.
Delicious, tonight though, I think I need to do some roe steaks with something…… maybe a potato cream and herb Gratin thing……
Happy Sunday cooking to all that like to cook.

Kindest regards, Olaf

Do you just eat it like that then … Straight out of the pan using a spoon or something ? Nothing wrong with that but please post some more pictures if you have some. it looks wonderful , was there a little rice or something else perhaps?
Kindest regards, Olaf

Now, I haven't done this in a while but your question reminded me of it. Chilli, served in a large Yorkshire Pudding is absolutely delicious.

I use the Paella pan as I make a batch which gives us usually 4 meals.
We have it with rice normally and occasionally for a really lazy supper with chips !
I forgot to take the picture with the pan on table and bowl of rice each, then we dig in with a spoon and add sour cream and salsa.
If really hungry then we also have tortilla's to dip in .

A client grassed this splendid malform a week last Friday. Hung until Monday and then skinned.
I was invited to his BBQ yesterday after a simulated clay day and tbh didn’t think the spot roast idea would be the best.
How wrong was I…….. the chef absolutely nailed it and quite a lot of the guests were venison virgins. Now all fully converted….
