That's the problem , I've been out with Elmer many times and enjoy it that much , im thinking of moving down that way, but not without a permission .

Yep ive looked at that already, but land backing onto the Forest is like hens teeth, and if you do find some for sale, I could buy land cheaper in the middle of London, its crazy prices.

How about marrying a very ugly local girl with land, or whose cousin/father/brother (all same bloke, by the way) has some ground? You need to show some commitment if you are serious about the place.

I've seen a few local girls , well I think they were girls , and marriage I did it once, it lasted 4 years , cant see that happening again, unless her father or brother
has a large estate down there, sporting not council estate ill stay single.
