Fox call

my guess is your blowing it to hard and to loud if there running away from you try starting off soft and working the noise level up until you get some interest
i think i am trying to blow it like the annoying bloke at the fairs who drives the other stall holders mental while trying to sell em ! the wifes not here today may get some practice in lol:D

If you have a compliant house cat or pet dog, you can use them to help you get it right, had hours of fun tormenting ours :-D, (only joking!)

could be the fact surrounding fox shooters hav the same call, it don't take much to make a fox wary especially if you are a poor shot
I'm not saying it is in this case but I found that is always the case in my neck of the woods

found there abit hit and miss like most calls really. sometimes they work sometimes they dont.

found there very good at calling in tawny owls. whenever i seam to use it with in 10 mins a tawny is hovering over head:)

Picked one up at a Game fair a few years ago and have never looked back, and neither have the foxes. They are an excellent piece of kit!
