And is that the sort of world you want to live in ,not for me thank you very much.
The country is full to overflowing schools hospitals and housing cant cope you probably live in a sparsely populated area so don't see what's goimg on and as for when in Rome these people don't agree with our laws they want sharia laws and have stood in the streets in major cities saying death to infediels they go down the dole and sign on I think you need yo wake up only a matter of time before one of the major cities here gets attackedThis topic is sparking up everywhere and with the volume of hysteria that is being displayed I am wondering if the wider public is speaking rationally about it.
For over a year now the borders of the E.U have been bombarded with the influx of refugees from the middle east and within the thousands of refugees there is an aspect of the Islamic State supporters, now unfortunately these people are known by those they are travelling with but nothing is said by those who expect to integrate into our society.
I am Pro-Immigration and I believe that Immigration allows our ever ageing society to diversify and progress into the future, however, with immigration comes responsibility, and that responsibility comes with the security of the people within the country that the immigrant has decided to live in. To Immigrate to another country you have to abide by that nations customs and the way the general population lives it is a contract between the immigrant and the nation they have decided to inhabit. If the Immigrant refuses to cohere and respect the security of this nation then they have NO right to be here so why come here?
There is currently billions being spent on the refugee crisis, and in most cases I believe rightly so, but there should be a little respect given by those seeking asylum here by at least even pointing out those ISIS members within their groups or we close the borders and they can stay at the gates. Respect is earned not demanded by guilt.
I know it seems I am just giving yet another Sunday rant but I am seriously annoyed by the racist comments and the utter atrocity that has happened in France and I am afraid to say it is only a matter of time before the exact same thing happens here in the U.K. To say these attacks were unexpected is not true as the threat has been ever present and the violence has been escalating in France for a long time.
There is one thing I have to say though is that these people who committed these atrocities were not doing so in the name of Islam or any religious faith but in the name of one agenda and one agenda only and that is to spread fear to the masses by creating chaos with the fear of unknown attack and I personally do not like it, I do not want to worry everytime my children go to a Panto, or a party or Hogmanay Celebrations or even just shopping. I am absolutely of this crap but I am also sick and tired of racist a and Eursceptics and politically motivated ****s that have all jumped on the band wagon and used these atrocities for their own means. So to them I say get a grip

I must admit to being unsure why people are so keen to distance religion or Islam from these events. If ISIS is responsible then they are acting out of religious faith. We might think it odd that someone could behave in such a way in the name of religion but it doesn't make it, not the case. We need to be open and honest here and not look for excuses. There are some folk out there that for reasons that most of us cannot understand, want to change the way we live. They claim that the religion of Islam is legitimises their actions and many seem to share their views or fail to condemn it (through fear possibly). History is replete with examples of action being taken for the greater good. The UK is not a repressive society, we are open and understanding. This has not stopped extremism from flourishing here. We do need to be very careful not to overreact but equally the time for talking, understanding and ignoring is behind us.
Even now the British mosques refuse to condemn Isis and as with Tunisia refuse to condemn this atrocity..
There lies the problem. At what point do you continue to allow preachers of hate to spew their filth?
If anybody has a link to any British mosque condemning Isis and Friday nights attack please post a reply..
Pine Martin you are so quick to tell us our options are wrong in how to handle this fast escalating situation, would you care to enlightened us as to your opinion on how to deal with these radicals ?
Regards
Jimmy

I think you'll find that figure is, in reality, well below 0.1%, quite possible an order of magnitude below that.It is widely regarded by security forces 15-25% of Muslims are extremists.
That's a disturbing figure given there's supposedly 1.6 billion..
