Funny omission on a visitors permit.

I just received a 6 months visitors firearms permit for bringing my rifle over for stalking as I am working back in the UK until Xmas. Upon checking it they had forgotton to enter any ammunition. Should I remove my scope before using my rifle to club deer over the head? To be fair they are quickly sending me a replacement, it was a clerical error
