Greetings all, new to the site and as per the title I’m from Australia. I’m a farmer that has always had an interest in shooting of different types, including hunting deer (mainly fallow) and fox control during our lambing season which is about finishing now. Rifle calibres used include .243W, .220 Swift, .17HMR on rabbits. Found this site while exploring information on quad stick shooting rests.

I regret selling my 220 Swift as it was the chambering I first shot a fox with. Also accounted for many Scottish roe bucks.
A great no-frills cartridge that does what is says on the can.
