Hello, I am a bit of a supporter of the GWCT and CSL has kindly said that I can post the link for this auction. Now I agree some of the lots are positively stratospheric but there are some which are interesting and/or a bit of a rare opportunity.

Thanks for looking.

David.

Avoid lot 43 at all costs, you'll be lumped with a day talking with a sarcastic man from Zimbabwe who will go to great lengths to tell you his little Suzuki is far better than an actual, proper off roader (I.E. a Land Rover Defender).

Jokes aside, genuinely great company in an absolute gem of a place at the edge of Snowdonia.

Good luck David!

Rest my case about Suzukis. Anyway if you think I am sarcastic you should meet my siblings!

Lived in Botswana, school in Rhodesia. There, now you know. :)

As chairman of the Oxfordhire GWCT committee I would ask everyone to take a look at the auction and even if there's nothing there that takes your fancy then please do pass the link on to anyone who you think would be interested.

Three members of my committee donated lots, two stalking and one pigeon shooting and they all promise to be cracking days.

We are expecting a shortfall of well over a million pounds in income this year as the county groups across the UK have stuggled to raise funds so if you can help by bidding on a lot we would be very greatful.

Our peer reviewed research has been used by various shooting organisations in their fight against those that treaten our way of life and it has helped influence government policy so it's vital we can carry this forward.

All the best

Chris
